Do you need to file/register your business with the Ohio Secretary of State and want someone you can trust to designate as a Statutory Agent? (an individual solely responsible for forwarding any legal documentation directly to you) for your startup, existing profit/ nonprofit business.
- Do you desire to conduct business in Ohio but you’re located out of state? Vision Concepts, LLC can provide this service. We can do the filing with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office for you. The Ohio Secretary of State filing fee is included.
